Our air conditioning went out on a holiday. When we contacted them the next day, they were out first thing, by 10am. The job was finished by 11 and the house is finally cooled down! We really appreciate how quickly they responded to our problem. It was also priced very reasonable.

Love giving my business to local small businesses and SubZero never disappoints! Was looking for new AC and SubZero showed me different options including heat and AC, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. Ended up with a new Evolution furnace and AC and I couldn't be happier. If you can afford it, I highly recommend the Evolution system from Subzero. I've never been so comfortable in my 1950 home of 11 years. It's a smarter system than I'm used to and Trishanda, Jack, and Steve are always quick to answer my questions and help me configure the system to fit my life. I also had them add some vents to my three season room and it is now a very comfortable four season room. (another company told me it wouldn't be worth it to add those vents). I'm so pleased with SubZero and my new system, of course I signed up for their semi-annual maintenance. I wouldn't trust anyone else! Thank you for the comfort and peace of mind you have brought to my home!

AC Unit issues during this hot time of the year. Was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Service was early, diagnosed our issue, ran thru checks and was able to provide us with a couple options to get it fixed. Kudos the the folks at SUB ZERO.

Sub Zero Heating and AC hit all the boxes. They were affordable, fast, professional, good communicators and did a good job on the install. We will definitely use them again

I can’t say enough how wonderful SubZero has been. From the initial contact for a quote, through scheduling, all of my questions and the installation, they were nothing but professional, polite , and quick to respond. The installation took less time than expected, and the guys were AMAZING with my son and let him “help” where he could. He followed them around, asking a thousand questions and I’m sure he was in the way, but they never seemed to be annoyed. The system we got is wonderful. We went with ductless systems due to our home layout and they are so quiet, work better than I expected and cooled our house so quickly even in this 90 degree heat and high humidity. If you are thinking about using them, let me tell you that you should just do it, they were less expensive than 2 others I called and I love that I’m supporting a local family who believes in hard work and integrity.
